Apple Crumble

Slice apples into a shallow pudding dish.  Mix together a crumbly mixture as you would for pie crust:

1 cup flour

1/3 cup butter

¼ cup brown sugar

Sprinkle apples with white sugar and nutmeg.  Spread flour mixture over top.  Bake at 350 degrees until apples are cooked and top well browned.
